What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Designer/Drafter position at Palo Verde Pools?
Palo Verde Pools & Outdoor Living is a premier pool builder looking for a CAD Designer/Drafter. A minimum of 3 years of experience is REQUIRED. Must have excellent communication, organization skills and a good driving record. The ability to multi-task, read plans, and work well with internal staff is a must.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Prepare drawings of pools, spas, ramadas, etc
- Prepare packets for permit processing
- Permit submissions
- Follow up on permit status
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CAD Experience
- Basic understanding of engineering plan
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
This position will be based out of our Goodyear office location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
