Porter/Detailer

Job Description

Panama City Cycles, Inc. is looking for a Porter/Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the powersports industry. This position will be responsible for cleaning and detailing new units and customer units (i.e. Boats,Motorcycles,ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, Etc.) as well as assisting with the daily operations, assembly and accessorizing.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicles using high-quality products and techniques
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Report any damage to the vehicle to management immediately
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and accessory installation in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Check-in and inventory cleaning supplies as needed
• Maintain inventory control of all cleaning supplies
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Operation of company tools, pressure washers and vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform other daily duties assigned by the management team; which may include but not limited to helping with vehicle assembly, cleaning dealership, accessorizing units, organizing, property appearance, etc.

Experience:

• Must be 18 years old.
• Experience detailing preferred (automotive, marine and/or powersports detailing)
• knowledge of powersports, boats or motorcycles preferred but not required.
• experience with chemicals (e.g., soap, alcohol, bleach) is preferred.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to push motorcycles, ATVs, etc; be able to operate/learn to operate a professional pressure washers, forklift, etc. Must be able to get in and out of boats, ATVs, SSVs, Golf Carts, PWCs and more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
