A custom windows and doors manufacturer is seeking a full-time Lead Bookkeeper to join our Accounting Department and maintain the accounting for our fast-paced company.
Compensation: $26-$27/hr based on experience.
Health benefits available after 90 days, PTO, Paid Holidays.
Qualifications:
· 3 years’ experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable is a must.
· 2 years’ experience using QuickBooks is a must.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel.
· Experience reconciling Credit card.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented, organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
· Confirm deposit from clients.
· Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
· Effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Engineering.
· Effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
· Sales Tax Reporting.
· Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, invoices and discounts).
· Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders.
· Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
**Drug test is required and MUST be passed in order to be considered for this position.**
