What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, IT - Remote (USA) position at PandaDoc?
PandaDoc is searching for a champion in IT who will work on moving the company to the next level of internal services, compliance and security.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff
- Develop strategy as it relates to the organisation's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems)
- Maintain processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of software vendors
- Support comprehensive vendor management of PandaDoc
- Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss
- Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information
- Facilitates IT security audits or investigations
- Manage security training cadences
- Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff
About you:
- 8 years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
- Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management
- Analytical and management skills
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
