Panera Bread is seeking to fill a 5am-2pm Prep position! Are you an early bird? This is a great position for you!
Prepping the fresh ingredients needed for the day, you will ensure the quality of products by complying with production guidelines, following standardized recipes, and by overseeing product quality through adequate storage and product rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Prep duties such as washing/prepping veggies and meats.
- Label and stocking shelves
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
- Dishes/soups during lunch hours
- Follow nutrition and sanitation guidelines
