The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
Provide project management and coordination support as the subject matter expert on the end-to-end process for bakery-café hardware technology, which includes procurement, configuration, installation, and disposition of technology hardware.
Work cross functionally as the hardware project liaison, with various field, vendor, franchise, and support center teams to gather information needed to coordinate activities, including managing pre-requisite activity, scheduling of moves, adds, changes, and deletions (removal) projects of key initiative hardware deployments.
Own and provide direction and feedback to project teams for the resolution of any hardware technology implementation issues while ensuring compliance with architectural design and technology system integration standards/guidelines and operating procedures.
Identify problems and risks that impact project completion, and initiate action to resolve problems.
Manage time, hold vendors accountable for budget and follow all prescribed procedures.
Identify changes/updates/opportunities within current Hardware Implementation Services tools and procedures and share this information with the appropriate resources within the IT team.
Maintain all required records, including project tracking spreadsheets, ITSM records including assets, releases, changes, work orders, and all other records required by each project and procedure.
Collaborate and support all members of the Hardware Implementation Services team.
Participate and/or lead projects to deliver high quality implementations by monitoring project progress, status, deliverables, quality assurance, customer service and providing project progress to project team, sponsors, senior management, and stakeholders.
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience in a business analyst, project management, or information technology role in a complex business systems environment preferred.
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment, manage multiple projects and requests, and focus on delivering high-quality results.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changes within the department and organization.
Experience with PC/LAN, POS hardware, and POS software and database systems; including broadband connectivity is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows Windows 10, Browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer), MS Word and Excel; Remote Desktop Software, and Service Now preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel – minimum of 10%
Desired experience with information technology service management systems to manage cases, incidents, releases, changes, work orders, asset management, configuration management, etc.
Desired experience with procurement and invoice management systems, like Workday
Ability to lead collaboration among various teams to build processes and rollout projects.
Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external partners to translate technical and financial information.
Experience with food services operations and technology systems, and basic knowledge of emerging technologies is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical computer related problems.
A , MCP or MCSE certifications are a plus
