The Manager, Executive Recruiting will support the identification and selection of talent to fill leadership level positions across the organization. They will also provide strategic consulting to senior leaders on the sourcing and identification of leadership-level talent while also establishing candidate pipelines for key roles which is critical to overall success of the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through the utilization of sourcing technologies, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other proactive methods, reducing reliance on outside recruiting agencies.
- Source applicants, screens resumes, interviews candidates and provides recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop and adapt executive recruiting strategy to meet business needs.
- Consult with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Gives guidance on the interview, selection process and all aspects of the offer package.
- When needed, select executive recruiting firms, and maintains ongoing relationships.
- Develop and maintain external relationships with organizations on a national level that may provide referrals of candidates.
- Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with the leadership team.
- Partner with the TA Coordinator to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Develop subject matter expertise in assigned business groups.
- Research competitive markets and peer organizations.
- Assist in building succession candidates for key leadership positions.
- Execute an effective and efficient executive search process with an eye on continuous improvements.
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years’ experience conducting full cycle recruiting; including sourcing, candidate assessment and consulting with stakeholders
- 2-3 years’ experience with executive level searches either in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills
- Working knowledge of current employment laws and EEOC guidelines
- Proven relationship building, critical thinking and influencing skills
- Superior organizational, prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with candidates and leaders is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet Recruiting and Applicant Tracking System technology
- Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay on top of many projects
Working Conditions
- Travel as needed for role.
