Our Bakers:

• Bake fresh bread and pastries each night. Unsold baked goods are donated to our community.
• Ensure all breads and baked goods are prepared according to Panera Breads gold standard.
• Represent Paneras cultural values daily in their role.
• Primarily work alone with minimal supervision.
• Perform other activities needed such as stocking, prep, and sanitation.

If you have/are:

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and may require driving to several locations as needed.
• 1-2 years as a baker or a bakery background preferred (6 8 weeks of training provided).
• The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Understand and practice basic food safety.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum age 18 years.
