Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. As the Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing the revenue generated for our vacation rental properties located from Panama City Beach to Destin, Florida. You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies, analyzing market trends, and maximizing profitability across our portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize rental rates, occupancy, and overall revenue performance
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify pricing opportunities and trends
• Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
• Analyze historical data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for revenue optimization
• Develop and maintain pricing models and revenue forecasting tools
• Regularly review and update pricing structures based on demand fluctuations and market conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management for vacation rentals or a related industry is required
• Proven track record of success in optimizing revenue and profitability
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in revenue management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of vacation rental industry trends and market dynamics
