Overview:
Kitchen Lead:
The Kitchen Lead will assist in overseeing all food production, implementation of store recipes, ordering, and cooking. Resolving issues that occur in kitchen swiftly is a vital role in this position. He/she may also cover any station or position that is needed.
Manages all BOH staff- Orders food when needed
- Helps cover the managers duties when he/she is away
- Resolves issues in the kitchen quickly without escalation
- Helps prepare food items in different areas
- Keeps the line stocked and prepped
- Aids in training new employees
- Produces final dishes that are to the stores standards for guests
- Maintaining a clean workspace that is safe to prepare food
- Keeping the walk-in and reach in coolers clean and organized
- Keeping dry storage clean and organized
- Taking care of trash and floors
- Delegating duties to BOH staff
