Duties and expectations:
The Traffic Coordinator will support the Traffic team to ensure that all jobs delivered by account services and media flow efficiently to the Creative and Web departments. They will help ensure that the projects are running smoothly, keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress.
Additionally, the Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for tracking expenses and invoices for jobs, helping coordinate internal meetings, and backing up the other team members.

Strong decision-making and prioritization skills are essential to ensuring everything runs smoothly, and to stay on top of scheduling, monitoring and working with the team to adjust deadlines and resources as needed. Be able to learn the agency processes and ensure that team members are following them. This position also requires significant collaboration, and the ability to effectively communicate across all capabilities.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following::
- Monitor detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
- Follow up on timelines
- Monitor assignments with Creative and Web teams, depending on availability and priority
- Meet with Account Services and give progress updates on existing projects
- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
- Maintain job files
- Resource production/printing estimates as needed
- Work w/ Media to ensure all ad types needed are provided prior to campaign launch date
- Monitor all Misc. Production requests and updates
- Add expenses for jobs and create purchase orders
- Assist with reviewing jobs for billing
- Communicate within various departments, including Account Services, Media, Web, and Creative
