We are seeking an experienced analyst to support various functions related to Pantex operations and site management. The highly qualified individual will support initiatives primarily related to Pantex space management and Pantex Operations/site management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic and tactical management of business processes, with demonstrated excellence in management through metrics and data visualization.
The Business Analysis Specialist will have job responsibilities consisting of:
- Preparing reports and presentations on projects and initiatives
- Determining key performance indicators and how to measure plant performance
- Providing tactical support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
- Enhancing data management for Pantex office space
- Supporting Pantex Operations Annual Controlled Baseline (ACB) reporting
- Coordinating and facilitating certain site meetings/forums

- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; typical relevant experience ranging from 7 to 10 years
- OR Master's degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; typical relevant experience ranging from 7 to 10 years
- OR PhD; typical relevant experience ranging from 7 to 10 years
- Experience in Tableau data visualization software
- Experience with data sources/databases standard to Pantex (i.e. SAP)
- Experience with performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior leaders
