Our company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and project billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, and experience in accounting, billing, account reconciliation, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and account analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and take on a meaningful role.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and employee payroll
- Manage billing for all projects
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records for the company
- Prepare financial reports for weekly review with partners
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues
- Maintain financial records and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded
- Prepare the necessary documentation for tax returns
- Provide support to the partners in various administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents
