Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Shift: Full-Time

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Compensation: $16.00/Hour (DOE)

Overview: We are seeking self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism to join our warehouse team. This role will provide crucial support as we strive to meet aggressive growth and expansion goals in the coming year. As a member of the warehouse support team, you will assist in various areas including administration, shipping, receiving, quality control, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Uphold quality service standards by following organization protocols.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations tidy, maintaining a clean shipping supply area, and adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, as well as standard warehouse equipment like hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work effectively in team environments.
• Willingness to take ownership, demonstrate accountability, and utilize problem-solving skills with appropriate judgment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• High sense of responsibility, commitment to quality, ethics, and professionalism.
