What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Data Administrator position at Pape' Machinery, Inc. - C & F - Corporate?
Primary role and responsibilities for this position will be to monitor, validate and enrich data in Papé Group’s CRM system (Salesforce) as it relates to the Operating Company’s business sales process and related data from integrated systems.
CRM Data Admins will follow data governance plans and best practices to help ensure that the CRM data health is being managed for their Operating Company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze the data coming in and maintain for use in the CRM.
- Work with users to keep data in compliance with Papé Group’s data governance plan.
- Work on teams with other Operating Company’s CRM Administrators, CRM Data Analyst, CRM Data Administrators and other Papé CRM Team members.
- Perform data validation in the CRM for related Operating Company projects and integrations.
- Monitoring and updating data for Operating Company goals.
- Transfer records between CRM users as needed.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for the Operating Company.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience; Salesforce CRM data management and data analyses experience preferred.
