PAPE’ MACHINERY, INC. – CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY DIVISION –
SPOKANE, WA
LOWBOY DRIVER:
If you are a skilled, detail-oriented truck driver with a Class A CDL, we want you to join our team! In this role, you’ll deliver Pape Machinery and allied product to our customers, helping ensure that they have the equipment they need to keep moving.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Deliver equipment to and from locations in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
- Maintain truck (equipment) in safe, proper working conditions through performing daily inspections of truck and equipment.
- Confirm cargo is loaded properly, safely, and not overloaded, as per all State and Federal regulations.
- Prepare all required documentation accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety laws, policies, OSHA regulations, DOT regulations, policies, and rules.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A Class A CDL (air brake) with a good driving record and a current medical certificate
- Three plus years’ heavy haul truck experience with detachable gooseneck lowboy is required
- Experience with e-logs and/or log books, record keeping, permitting, state laws, and working with pilot vehicles.
- Flexibility (overtime may be required) and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
Starting Compensation: $25-31/hr (Depending on Experience)
