Summary
Summary
Retrieves loads, aerates the loads removing dust and debris, jog the loads into uniform piles, and delivers finished loads to their respective machine. Relieves the Feeder Operator for breaks
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning and moving materials, and manipulating things.
- Keep a SAFE and CLEAN work environment.
- Locate and load proper stock in preparation for operation.
- Using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes.
- Demonstrates mechanical ability and be able to define a problem with aerator machine.
- Produce quality loads while running aerator machine.
- Do quality checks in a timely manner.
- Maintain and performs all previously acquired area skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Provides support to meet department and company objectives.
- Forestry Chain of Custody (COC)
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skill, Ability Requirements Education, experience, effort applied
- High School Diploma is or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Flexibility - The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with you body, arms, and/or legs
- Static Strength - The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull are carry objects and materials of 45lbs to 55lbs in constant intervals
- Must demonstrate the ability to use both written and verbal communication

Exposure to:
- Manufacturing Plant environment
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving you whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
