Requirements:

• Licensed with LCSW/CSW/CSWI; CMHC/ACMHC; LMFT; or equivalent

• Understand a wide range of diagnoses and clinical theories

• Willing to learn and utilize the company’s internal technical tools and record keeping software

• Able to provide psychotherapy for clients of various backgrounds

• Able to work in compliance with state and federal laws regarding mental health therapy including HIPAA

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy for individuals, families, couples and groups

• Utilize best practices in outpatient therapeutic settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  

• Maintain accurate treatment records, notes and reports
  

• Collaborate with other members of our team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
• Complete various tasks assigned by the Management Team
