What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Lead position at Par Mar Oil Company?
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO.....
Greet customers and provide customer assistance as needed
Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service in all areas of the location
Support and always have knowledge of special promotions
Ensure accurate handling of company assets including cash, product, etc.
Properly place all waste in the designated area for tracking by management
Always maintain a clean and organized food service area
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized as needed throughout shift
Follow all recipe guidelines including portion control
Follow company vendor check-in procedures each delivery
Secure a food handlers card where applicable by state regulations
Must comply with state, local, and federal laws and regulations by governing health department
