What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Integrity Services Manager position at Paradigm, Inc.?
$17 - $20/hour, depending on experience
This position will manage the sales order focused Data Integrity Services department, all sales orders and requests that flow through this division and all personnel within the department. Exceptional attention to detail, communication, organizational and time management skills are a must.
Duties
- Lead and facilitate efficient and accurate processing of all sales orders
- Effectively and efficiently manage daily workflow fluctuations and reprioritize frequently among fluid and competing deadlines as necessary
- Hiring and training new team members
- Aid in the continued establishment, coordination and maintenance of departmental procedures, processes and policies that enhance data integrity for all departments of the corporation
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications with existing or aptitude to develop intermediate to advanced Excel (spreadsheet) skills: including but not limited to formulas and macros
- Must have excellent analytical skills to process and analyze data quickly and accurately to make fact-based decisions
- Analyze, verify, and or troubleshoot large data sets for any inconsistencies or anomalies (against pre-determined standards or specifications) using various in-house data management tools and applications
- Ability to notice small inconsistencies in large data sets and recognize, correct and transform non-compliant data to a consistent standard or report client variation
- Validate that processed documents meet the clients’ specifications for production and engrossing both visually and grammatically
- Collaborate with fellow Managers/Division Heads and/or supervisor to effectively resolve issues pertaining to workflow, inventory or those which have significant financial impact
- Work in collaboration across departments for successful on-time, error free sales order completion and to accommodate client requests
- Manage and resolve escalated issues
- Troubleshooting support for all sales orders
- Ensure accuracy of new client profiles upon creation
- Maintain internal database of client information referenced by all departments
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Inspire others to achieve personal growth as well as company goals
- Assist with all other tasks and duties (both in and across departments) as assigned or requested
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Valid (non-suspended or limited) Driver’s License and dependable transportation for timely work attendance and/or occasional supply or materials errands as needed or required.
- Physically able to push/pull/lift/carry supplies and various works in progress of at least 35-50 pounds.
- Physically able to bend/kneel/walk/stand, in tandem with cart, stepstools or rolling ladders, to access supplies and various works in progress or other materials as needed in storage rooms or production areas.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous shipping and freight experience required.
- Experience with UPS WorldShip a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with mandatory weekday or weekend overtime as needed
