Paradigm is currently in search of a Tax Manager to support our client based in the Central Valley area of California. As a Tax Manager, you will lead a team of tax professionals, overseeing complex tax filings and reviews, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services. Type: Direct Hire | Full-time
Location: Stockton, CA (Onsite for the first 6 months then Hybrid)

As a Tax Manager, you will:
- Oversee and review the work of tax seniors and other team members.
- Manage tax filings for partnerships (Form 1065), C corp (Form 1120), and S-pass-through entities (Form 1120S.)
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients (Form 1040 and related schedules.)
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
- Lead initiatives to improve tax processes and client satisfaction, contributing to the firm’s growth.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- 5 years of experience in public accounting.
- CPA Certification is mandatory.
- Well-rounded generalist background with the ability to perform tax reviews.
- Proficient in multi-state tax issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
