Paradigm IOT is seeking electrical engineers passionate about building the next generation of IoT devices and systems. Given our wide-ranging set of clients, this role will help you grow wherever your interests lie. 
 

Position Overview 

Type of Hire: Direct Hire 

Location: Las Vegas, NV (in person, remote is not an option for this position)

Work Schedule: In office M-F 

 
Paradigm IOT Hardware Engineer Responsibilities: 

  • Direct a culture of excellence in engineering, characterized by deep technical competence, creativity, rigorous analysis, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration 
  • Receive exposure to a wide range of technologies by working on a broad spectrum of projects and systems 
  • Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits 
  • Design firmware for our hardware designs 
  • Help design software and backend services to connect to our hardware designs 
  • Ensure boards are compliant with all industry standards and regulatory requirements 

 
The perfect candidate will: 

  • Love finding new and innovative ways to simulate and test board designs 
  • Want to work with the latest technologies 
  • Enjoy getting into the weeds of circuit design 
  • Get energized by solving complex problems 
  • Be familiar with GitHub or willing to learn basic software development workflows 
  • Have experience with embedded RTOS, Embedded Linux, bare metal programming and C/C  
  • Be a polymath; enjoy working on and learning about an expansive range of disciplines and technologies. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant field  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree or 3 years experience in related fields 

Compensation: 

  • Based on experience and performance with significant performance bonuses given every six months
