Our Software Development Teams work on a variety of customer projects, focusing on designing and enhancing our custom solutions. As a Senior Front End Software Developer, your goal is to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for web front end applications. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other front-end developers, Product Consultants, QA, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
What You Will Do:
- You will Identify and guide on web standards, including technical feasibility-analysis of UI/UX designs
- You will collaborate on designs, ensuring projects will integrate with the back-end APIs with a strong focus on user workflow performance
- You will develop front end application code and participate in peer code reviews
- You will package and deploy customer solutions
- You will create and convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- You will be a mentor to junior developers
- You will maintain a secure, stable, and scalable front-end ecosystem
- You will contribute to improving processes and tools used for front end development
- You may have the opportunity to monitor and apply current and future technology and design principles to improve organizational projects and systems architecture.
What You Need to Succeed:
- You have a Bachelors Degree in related field or an equal amount of related professional experience
- You have 5 years of experience in software development building websites and/or web applications
- You are able to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You have proven teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
- You have critical thinking, including creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and proven problem-solving skills
- You have experience designing and developing responsive-design websites
- You are fluent with:
- HTML5, CSS, React JS, Redux
- Debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, Fiddler, etc.
- You must have worked with:
- AJAX, RESTful APIs, CORS, CDNs, etc.
- PHP/Laravel and/or NodeJS servers
- It would be ideal if you have experience with:
- TypeScript, Flow, or other JavaScript type-assist tools
- Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, or JS-framework cli build tools
- Other front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Ember, etc.
