As the Customer Service Representative, you will make a significant contribution to the overall customer experience by communicating with customers in a positive, courteous and friendly way. You will be the one building relationships with our customers before, during and after the entire delivery process to provide a highly rated service. You will enthusiastically represent Paradise Grills by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to meeting each customer's unique needs.

Duties and Key Responsibilities
· Call and respond to customers via phone and email
· Engage with customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
· Communicate with other departments regarding deliveries
· Perform data entry and customer service surveys
· Work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent customer service
· Utilize emotional intelligence to navigate complex customer concerns
· Make decisions on how to resolve customer needs
· Other tasks assigned by upper management
What It Takes to Succeed
- You have 2 - 3 years previous customer service experience
- You are outgoing and carry yourself with confidence
- You are a “view the glass half full” type of person and always look for the positives in people
- You are a natural leader and value leadership who is willing to “roll up their sleeves”
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills, great grammar skills
- You have great technology skills and have worked with different office equipment
- You have knowledge of Google Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- You can multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and you take pride in your reputation
- You have mastered organization and are naturally detail oriented
- You are a Self-Starter looking for an opportunity to prove yourself and advance
- You are willing to put in the time it takes to get the job done right and you have work schedule flexibility
- If you have experience with NetSuite, that is a plus

Work Schedule
Days: Monday - Friday
Shift Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Overtime Hours might be available; depending on the needs of the business overtime may be required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
