Paradise Grills, America’s LARGEST Outdoor Kitchen Manufacturer, is currently looking for experienced Fleet Manager to be responsible for leading a team of Drivers to efficiently, safely, and accurately deliver and install our products to the customer. Duties include recruiting/hiring qualified drivers, creating work schedules and transportation routes, managing a budget for vehicle repairs and replacements and ensuring Driver candidates receive proper training to uphold safe driving standards.

Compensation
- Target range $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience

Duties and Key Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, develop and manage a strong fleet operations team
· Oversee and monitor subordinates as well as vendors to ensure that the fleet is maintained in accordance with established standards, within acceptable timeframes and in a cost-efficient manner
· Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
· Searching for, hiring and training new Drivers
· Ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training
· Keep VP of Operations apprised of relevant performance indicators on a regular basis
· Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules
· Coordinating Drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals when setting employee schedules
· Managing vehicle licensure and registration
· Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
· Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
Qualifications/Skills
- You have 2-3 years previous or other related management experience
- You have 1-3 years previous or other related fleet experience
- You are outgoing and carry yourself with confidence
- You are self-motivated and organized
- You have the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- You have excellent coaching and leadership skills
- You have the ability to influence and make decisions by applying independent judgment
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You have competency in various computer applications systems including Microsoft Office
- You have the ability to work both individually and with a team
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
