Production Manager

Paradise Grills, America’s LARGEST Outdoor Kitchen Manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our in-house manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate all manufacturing activities, including safety, quality, scheduling, productivity, staffing, and sourcing. Compensation

● The target range is $92,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience

Duties and Key Responsibilities

● Ensure that all employees adhere to all Safety & Quality rules of the company.

● Responsible for printing and assigning all production schedules to appropriate operators.

● Actively engage with employees to ensure the team is following SOP’s.

● Schedule and staff according to production needs.

● Responsible for employee training on all aspects of their position.

● Performing routine audits of the travel path to monitor production and assist operators in resolving any production issues.

● Compile, store, and retrieve production data and reports. Reviews daily attendance reports and communicate changes and necessary information to Payroll Department.

● Perform daily inventory checks to ensure finished goods are on hand to fulfill outbound orders.

● Conduct monthly audit counts and reconciliation of raw material

● Perform QC audits to ensure exact specs

Qualifications/Skills

● Must have 2-3 years of previous or other related management experience

● Have 1-3 years of previous or other related fleet experience

● Outgoing and carry yourself with confidence

● Self-motivated and organized

● Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure

● Excellent coaching and leadership skills

● Ability to influence and make decisions by applying independent judgment

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Competency in various computer applications systems, including Microsoft Office

● Ability to work both individually and with a team

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
