We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident or Supervisee Eligible Mental Health Provider to join our team as an Outpatient Therapist. At Paragon, all staff work in a mentorship model, learning and growing their clinical skills under the supervision of senior level LPC. Staff accruing supervision hours towards their LPC will be provided supervision by a doctorate level LPC with extensive experience in supervision and mentorship.

This position offers the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule to include 3 days per week via telehealth and 2 days a week from the office, if desired!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered, trauma-informed counseling to individuals and groups diagnosed with mental health conditions, often including autism and related disorders.
• Provide counseling services to individuals/groups of family members/caregivers of individuals with special needs.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans and complete progress notes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a 40-hour workweek, with 33 scheduled billable hours.

Minimum Qualifications: We are seeking a LMHP-R, LMHP-RP, LMHP-S, or school psychologist with experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders and/or their families. Strong clinical writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively are essential.
