Paragon Clinical, PLLC, is a medical practice providing physician and nurse practitioner services for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Chicagoland area. We are seeking nurse practitioners who have a passion for working in primary care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, thrive in an environment where they can work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, enjoy chronic disease management.

You will provide expertise in a consultative role to patients requiring General Medical services working collaboratively with attending physicians, specialists, families and staff.

Position Requirements:

Current APN Illinois license

Certified through a national nurse practitioner licensing board

Able to prescribe Schedule II controlled substances

Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred: Minimum one year practicing APN; Skilled Nursing experience;

Hospital experience as a nurse

Current CPR/ALCS certification

Flexible hours with no on-call, weekends or holidays required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
