Must have 5 years working for a Heavy/Civil Contractor or General Contractor on larger scale heavy/civil projects including Earth Moving, Mass Excavation, Site Preparation, Utilities, Paving on State/Municipal highway/roads and Private projects.

Candidate will build strong business and financial knowledge and the ability to be a relationship building with strong industry ties.

Requirements also include working with Estimators, General Superintendents, and Senior Management. Must have the ability to produce accurate monthly profit projections, knowledge of estimating, project scheduling, subcontract and FO/PO management, and construction oversight with superintendents.
