This position requires someone to support our company in virtually all technical areas. You would be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware for Windows/MAC, IOS, a/v, desktop and laptops.
Responsibilities: Providing support for desktop, PC Mac and mobile devices; Imaging; Managing and supporting Office Suite, O365, collaboration and other solutions; Maintain end point security & anti-virus solutions; Support and manage associate cell phones and their plans; Asset management; Install and maintain software and hardware to ensure optimal performance; Responding to and routing tickets to team; Procurement, as required; Staying current on tech knowledge and trends.
