Our growing company seeks experienced people to help us complete tasks correctly and on time. Work outside while installing professional hardscapes for residential and commercial properties in Knoxville and surrounding counties. Interact with the crew foreman and follow project instructions to provide optimum services. Play a significant role in Hardscapes's installation process, including driveways, pool decks, patios, walkways, steps, and retaining walls. Learn and execute proper hardscaping techniques and utilize equipment, power tools, machinery, and hand tools to carry out installations and adequately handle all materials. Execute attention to detail and maintain personal integrity, including working with a team or independently. Each Paragon Hardscapes team member has excellent attendance and a strong work ethic. There is a distinguished willingness to learn proper techniques and the correct and safe operation of all hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Individuals must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials, up to 75 pounds regularly.
Duties:
· Follow Project instructions from the Crew Foreman and execute tasks efficiently · Offer assistance and adequate time in other areas of the company · Become a reliable resource for Hardscape installations · Help keep vehicles, machinery, and tools in good repair and working order · Continuously Improve knowledge, education, & industry awareness
Average 45 hours/week. Typically, from 7:00 AM till 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays may be required to accommodate client's needs and work around weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
