We are hiring an experienced corporate attorney to support a growing blockchain software company. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of issues including board-related matters, M&A counseling, corporate restructuring advice, etc.

This is a fully remote, part- or full- time position (depending on candidate availability) with an initial anticipated duration of 6 months. If you have

• A strong background providing corporate support for privately-held startup companies.

• A strong working knowledge of IP rights and related matters.

• A willingness to step in and roll up your sleeves as the business grows.

• A license, in good standing, to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
