Pool Designer

Job Summary:
Paragon Pools is seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for inground residential swimming pool projects. You will collaborate with homeowners, engineers, and other team members to bring concepts to life. This customer-facing role manages each sales opportunity from lead through signed agreement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate sales leads through follow-up, referrals, canvasing, events
- Collaborate with clients and team members to assess needs
- Create concept plans and designs using design software
- Review budget and scope considerations transparently with homeowner
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals suited to each client
- Guide clients smoothly through options selection and agreement paperwork
- Manage sales process within CRM system meeting response time standards
- Continually develop product knowledge and design skills

Requirements:
- Customer-focused mindset with tenacity to uncover true needs
- Outstanding presentation, relationship building qualities
- Organized, attentive to detail, and administratively self-sufficient
- Excellent time management and follow up skills
- Proficient in design software, CAD design, online research
- Valid driver's license with safe record
- HS diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

We offer hourly pay for time spent in the office. Consultations and Presentations are done by appointment at clients home. Commission is paid on all agreements signed. Bonus plan based on results.

Designer will be responsible for their own transportation and schedule to appointments.

Paragon Pools works all over North Central Florida. Our office is in Starke, FL. Designers preferred sales area is negotiable.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
