The Employee Relations Specialist (ERS), based in Herndon, VA, is responsible for conducting investigations, responding to employee complaints, handling government requests for information, working with key field personnel related to corrective action and issue resolution. Additionally, the ERS will assist with Company hotlineadministration, reporting and closure, personnel audits and engage the field proactively based on ER performance-based metrics.
The ERM will work in a compliance-focused environment, where processes, problem solving, good judgement and exceptional communication are key to success. At least two (2) years’ experience working in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, demonstrate strong process orientation, have an exceptional eye for detail and can work well in a deadline driven and compliance-oriented environment. Those with experience in union environments are preferred. |
