What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Customer Service Representative/ $17hr position at Parallel Employment?
We are looking for a professional individual to provide excellent customer service for bakery, Racine Danish Kringle. A Customer Service Representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Pay Rate: $16-17 (Based on experience)
Hours: 9:00 am -5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) *Must be flexible to stay until 7 (1-2) days a week -with later start those days if needed. Must work (2) Saturdays between November 25th and December 23rd.

Duties:
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Filing
- UPS/ Shipping
- Entering payment information in the system
- Customer service
- Responsible for taking inbound Kringle orders through the holiday season.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel/ Word
- Experience with Quick-books, and/or accounts payables
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
