Our projected growth has created an opening for an Entry Level Enrollment Representative on our team immediately. The Entry Level Enrollment Representative will work face to face with potential customers, with the goal of successfully enrolling them in one of our clients services.
We encourage all of our Entry Level Enrollment Representatives to engage in various on-site training programs to polish their skill sets, and offer guided training programs that empower our associates to refine their skills and accelerate their growth potential. Training includes, but is not limited to; negotiation techniques, engaged listening, problem-solving, time management, and, most importantly, boundless leadership.
Entry Level Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer services to potential new account leads within a designated demographic to encourage enrollment in various programs and services
- Give effective presentations to potential customers, highlighting benefits that are tailored to the individual
- Effectively problem-solving unforeseen circumstances by thinking on your feet
- Track trends in enrollment and report any findings to upper management
- Work with upper management to gain knowledge of territory management and effective community outreach techniques
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to each potential new customer and create a lasting impression through outstanding service
- Use strategic leadership to inspire change, drive performance, and promote a team environment
- Answering questions thoroughly, and maintaining a reassuring, positive demeanor
As an Entry Level Customer Relations Representative, you should have:
- 0-2 years experience in customer service, sales, leadership, management, community service, marketing or related field
- Experience working in a fast pace and hands-on client facing role
- Additional experience in leadership, mentorship, or coaching people and their development is preferred
- Experience working in a business development or professional business environment preferred but not required
- Extremely motivated to learn new skills and expand one's knowledge base
- Excellent communication skills, especially in simplifying information to be easily understandable to customers
- A passion for working with people and a desire to work in a team environment **please not this position requires someone travel to our office in Corona Monday-Friday
