Monday - Friday Role, 35-40 hours per week.
Who You Are:
As a Full Time Assistant Property Manager, YOU are the face of YOUR property, and your passion for building positive relationships with both residents and program staff will result in a rewarding career opportunity. Acting as the first line of response to residents, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone, and increase your knowledge and ability to work with diverse populations. You are also responsible for operating "smooth sailing", ensuring the property is in compliance with all regulations of the local rental codes. We strongly believe and support "work families"; building a positive work relationship with additional property staff and vendors is ideal. Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Property management experience preferred
- Affordable Housing Paperwork experience (required)
- Patience, flexibility, ability to listen, assertiveness, and compassion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new computer programs,
- Experience with Yardi software a Plus
Salary : $35,400 - $44,800
