What are the responsibilities and job description for the Debt Relief & Financial Services Associate position at Paramount Executives?
As a Paramount Executives Debt Relief & Financial Services Associate you will be working with clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth area who are struggling financially and need the assistance of an expert associate to help them get back onto their feet.
By using your education, experience, and training in debt counselling, credit counselling, financial advising, financial services, mortgages and/or lending, you will assist clients in determining why they are in debt and evaluate if our debt management and financing solutions can help solve their problems.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Debt Relief & Financial Services Associate will include:
- Face-to-face finance & debt counselling and assistance which will help clients establish a realistic plan for managing their money & investments to avoid bankruptcy.
- Helping clients evaluate financial and consumer proposal solutions that match their individual financial needs that budgeting alone will not solve.
- Working with clients to implement debt relief plans and provide periodic follow-up services.
Debt Relief & Financial Services Associate Conditions:
Debt Relief & Financial Services Associates spend their time between face-to-face contact with clients in their preferred meeting areas and completing financial and debt assessments, case studies, plans and reports.

Requirements of the Debt Relief & Financial Services Associate:
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, debt management, credit counseling, financial advising, financial services consulting, bankruptcy preventing, mortgages, and/or lending is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is preferred.
- Experience with G-Suite is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.
- At least 1 year of experience working with clients and/or customers.
