Key Responsibilities
- Determine vehicle availability and condition for pick-up, verify all needed documents and fee approvals.
- Schedule vehicles to be picked up from impound locations
- Communicate with clients and drivers to ensure the vehicle recovery process is completed efficiently.
- Notify Clients and leadership of any relevant process related issues delaying the recovery of a vehicle.
- Follow all job related duties as directed by supervisor
Qualifications Required:
- 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
- Working knowledge of computer usage
- Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
- High attention to detail including precise data entry
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
