Responsibilities of Service Manager

• Ensure the service department develops and efficiently and effectively processes repair orders
• Ensure the effective scheduling of service work
• Provide input for a successful marketing plan in coordination with other departments
• As an Service Manager you will work in a clean safe environment
• Technician training provided as well

Qualifications of Service Manager:

• Previous experience as a technician / Diesel technician
• Agricultural industry/equipment experience
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 2-4 years of automotive mechanic experience preferred
