Parish Tractor is seeking a Parts Manager for our Meridian location. This position will be responsible for the successful daily operation of the parts department including supervision of the parts department employees, managing inventory and dead stock, ordering and receipting parts and maintaining a clean and functional parts room.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees per company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain parts inventory.
Keeps dead stock below company mandated maximum percentage.
Keeps in demand parts in stock by utilizing daily/weekly stock orders.
Responsible for returning all cores/damages/shortage to vendors to receive proper credit.
Responsible for all parts ordering/receipting.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and functional parts room.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
