  • Experience working in a role that requires a high degree of confidentiality
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated strong teamwork and collaborative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely and/or under minimal supervision
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency in ticketing/knowledge base systems
  • Ability to learn and adapt and take on new challenges

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • immigration paralegal: 5 years (Preferred)
  • ATS: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human resources: 5 years (Preferred)
