Summary: Under the direction of the Program and Service Manager, the Front Desk Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to all customers, members, guests, staff, whether by phone or in person, and upholding the facilitiess operating standards in a professional manner at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities: Assists the Program and Service Manager by indirectly supervising seasonal employees, which are needed to operate the golf clubhouse. The Clubhouse Coordinator may be asked to assist the Program and Service Manager with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; providing performance feedback; addressing complaints and resolving problems in accordance with District policy and applicable laws.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience at a golf course/club. Experience with event planning and coordination is preferred. Must have knowledge and understanding of the game of golf. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills required. Must possess a willingness and ability to exhibit a professional and polite appearance at all times. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks required.
Classification: Part-time, non-exempt
Wage Range: $18.50 - $22.00 / DOQ
