ABOUT THE JOB:
This role within a growing IT organization offers a unique opportunity for candidates to work directly with business units and streamline complex business processes and procedures. You will be responsible to build, document and deliver ERP system requirements and cross-functional business processes to build and test robust, sustainable, and systematic solutions.
As a Business Process Analyst, you are empowered to transform our global business software platforms to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business units. You will be responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement methodologies to design best-in-class software solutions under the following end-to-end processes:
Order-to-Cash
Plan-to-Produce
Procure-to-Pay
Record-to-Report
You will be a part of an IT application team that delivers new business capabilities through project implementations, functional enhancements, and direct end-user production support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish and implement document standards for business communications including; business process flows, business requirements lists, test case scenario plans, etc.
- Capture unique business requirements across each manufacturing site within SAP.
- Work closely with your IT team peers, including members from the SAP team and Engineered Systems team, to produce and test solutions in our software systems.
- Identify and analyze user and system requirements, then translate these into scalable technical solutions.
- Map and document processes, collect data, and perform statistical analysis.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements through automated manual processes and optimized, scalable process enhancements.
- Proactively solicit feedback from business stakeholders for improvements and customizations to business processes in SAP.
- Effectively lead cross-functional change execution including task definition, stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, and status reporting; driving progress through to completion.
- Assist in all aspects of project management and be willing to take on small projects with minimal supervision.
- Able to work on complex problems where analysis of situational data requires an in-depth evaluation of numerous variables.
- Apply best practices and company methodologies, leveraging tools to design software process maps and operational efficiencies.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage small and medium size projects.
- Communication of timelines and delivery risks.
- Strong interpersonal soft skill required to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT team members.

JOB SCOPE
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with a diverse group of business stakeholders to support the prioritization and delivery of solutions.
- This position encompasses all aspects of software development lifecycles with a focus on the design, development, re-engineering, and support of software applications.
- Travel to domestic production facilities required up to 30%.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of college and relevant experience.
- 2 years of experience in Business Process Analysis or similar role.
- 2 years of experience in MS Office Suite including Visio, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
