RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid
- Enable and contribute to strategic planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs for the Bank.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to program goals, scope, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Champion a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and governance standards.
- Foster relationships with external vendors, project managers and IT leaders and team members to ensure the timeliness of a project.
- Provide regular updates and reports highlighting program status, key milestones, and performance metrics.
- Mitigate identified risks associated with projects and program executions.
- Review products and applications on a regular basis to maximize value including rationalization and adoption.
- Support Architecture Review Board process by attending meetings and ensuring initiatives are carried out as planned.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or IS or related field of study required
- 4 years of enterprise technology initiatives and management preferred
SCHEDULE
Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.

Minimal travel is expected.
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
