What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice RN position at Park Nicollet?
Position Summary:
The Home Care/Hospice registered nurse provides skilled nursing care, based on standards of practice, to patients and families in their home or community. The registered nurse supports the following Home Care/Hospice processes: admission, discharge, billing, referrals, bereavement and care delivery. An individual in this role must be able to function independently with minimal supervision, maintain a high level of sensitivity, assessment skills, technical-skills and communications skills, while also demonstrating initiative, judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to problem solve. Individuals are responsible for the travel arrangements required to meet the expectations of the position. Current license to practice as a professional nurse in Minnesota with work experience as a registered nurse for at least two years. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required.

Salary : $84,600 - $107,000
