Qualifications

Qualifications:
o High school education or equivalent; some college preferred
o Some supervisory experience required
o A valid state drivers license with a current address and acceptable driving record required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be exposed to construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed inside as well as outside weather conditions. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
