Job Posting for DIetary Manager at Park Place Transitional Care and Rehabilitation
Job Duties:
Oversee the dietary department and ensure the provision of high-quality meals and nutrition services to residents in a Skilled Nursing facility.
Follow and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
Compliance verification at both State and Federal levels of participation for long-term care.
Monitor food production, storage, and distribution to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Train and supervise dietary staff members to ensure proper food handling, preparation, and service.
Maintain accurate records of resident dietary information, including allergies, restrictions, and preferences.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role as a Dietary Manager or related position.
Familiarity with Long Term Care regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff members, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in meal planning and record keeping.
Prefer CDM certification
