Business Office Assistant-Clerical

Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is a 142-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Morris, Illinois. The skilled nursing facility is adjacent to our Assisted Living/Memory Care Residence – The Gardens at Park Pointe.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a fast-paced medical billing and follow-up position with duties including, but not limited to:

  • Daily Census
  • Resident Trust
  • Long Term Care Insurance
  • Forward Resident Mail
  • Daily filing / Resident file maintenance
  • Send / Follow up co-insurance claims
  • Obtain Insurance authorizations
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Business Experience

  • Billing or business office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Point Click Care preferred
  • Medi experience preferred
  • Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance experience

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
