What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asst. Controller position at Park Square Homes?

Budgeting/Forecasting:
- Prepare the annual Business Plan, forecast
- Reports Keeping the Leadership regularly informed of key financial trends, concerns.
- Cash flow projections
Accounting:
- Produce work papers required by the auditors for the assigned accounts
- Assigned Tasks in Month-end accounting
- Draws on Construction loans.
- Other projects as may be assigned
Land Budgeting and Accounting:
- Maintaining Land budgets for the finished lots, land under development in collaboration with land Financial Analyst
- Reconciliation for Land assets throughout all companies
- Land/Lot Takedown and related mortgage spreaders
We seek a bright, focused, detail oriented person with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. The ideal candidate will have the capability of handling high volumes of work. Homebuilding or construction industry experience is a must. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 8 years proven experience.
